This policy explains what we collect through nyrodynamics.com, our inquiry forms, and our business relationships, why we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to you. Our primary market is Canada and the United States. We also provide the rights described below to visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom where applicable.

1. Information We Collect

• Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content of an inquiry.
• Service, support, billing, and account information needed when you become a client.
• Communications, instructions, and technical information you choose to provide while requesting or receiving services.

Information collected through the website

• Basic server and security records, which may include an IP address, request time, browser information, and requested URL.
• A first-party privacy preference record that remembers whether you allowed optional measurement or Google Maps.
• Google Ads measurement data only when you allow optional measurement and advertising.
• Device and network information sent to Google only when you choose to load an interactive Google Map.

Please do not submit passwords, private keys, health records, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through a general website form.

2. Why We Use Personal Information

• Responding and providing services: To answer inquiries, assess a requested service, prepare proposals, provide support, administer client relationships, and complete contracts.
• Security and reliability: To prevent spam, rate-limit abusive requests, investigate security events, and maintain the website.
• Optional measurement: To understand whether Google advertising resulted in a visit, phone call, or inquiry. This occurs only after permission.
• Business and legal obligations: To maintain appropriate records, enforce agreements, respond to lawful requests, and meet tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

For visitors in the EEA or UK, our legal bases may include your consent for optional technologies, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in securing the website and operating our business. We balance legitimate interests against your rights and do not rely on them for optional advertising measurement where consent is required.

3. Cookies and Optional Technologies

Optional services are off by default for a new visitor. The consent panel offers equally accessible options to allow optional services, reject them, or choose categories separately.

• Essential privacy preference: A first-party record named nyro_privacy, together with equivalent browser storage, remembers your selection for up to 180 days. It does not track browsing activity.
• Google Ads measurement: When allowed, Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure advertising and conversions. Our Google Ads identifier is AW-17782928010.
• Google Maps: Interactive maps are not loaded until you enable Maps or select "Load Google Map." Google may then receive your IP address, browser information, and map interactions.

4. When We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising without permission. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

• Hosting and technology providers: Providers that host, secure, or operate our website and business systems.
• Telegram: Inquiry details submitted through our forms are transmitted to a private Telegram channel so our team can respond. Do not use the forms for sensitive information.
• Google: Google Ads receives measurement data only when optional measurement is enabled. Google Maps receives data only when a map is loaded.
• Professional and legal needs: Advisers, insurers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or another party where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.
• Business transaction: A successor or prospective purchaser in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality controls.

5. International Processing

NYRO Dynamics is based in British Columbia, Canada. Some providers, including Google and Telegram, may process information in Canada, the United States, Europe, or other countries where they operate. Information in another country may be subject to that country's lawful access rules. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.

6. Retention

• Website anti-abuse records are limited to the short period needed for rate limiting and routine security review.
• Privacy preferences are stored for up to 180 days unless you replace or delete them sooner.
• General inquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months, unless the inquiry becomes a client relationship, a longer period is requested, or retention is required for legal purposes.
• Client, contract, tax, and accounting records are retained for the relationship and any additional period required by law or reasonably needed to establish or defend legal claims.

We delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably required.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and risk. These include access controls, protected communications, system maintenance, and limiting access to people and providers with a business need. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide access to it.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete information or restrict how it is used.

United States

We do not sell personal information. Rejecting optional measurement is treated as an opt-out from our optional advertising measurement. We also honour a browser Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of optional measurement.

EEA and United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through this website.

9. Children

Our website and business services are intended for organizations and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 through the website. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. External Links

Our site links to services such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Yelp, and Bark. Selecting an external link takes you to that provider, whose privacy practices and terms apply.
